To gain access to this secure, users-only website and become a member of the Users' Group, you must be an owner or end-user of an Ovation or WDPF system. To apply for membership and website access, please complete the following form.

We use your (business) email address as part of allowing access to your account, and in order to contact you with any important information about your account. It will also be used to send communications in accordance with the subscription choices you make below.

We use your phone number in order to contact you with any important information about your account when using email may be an ineffective alternative.

   

Subscribe to Ovation Communications



By choosing the subscribe option in your User Profile you will receive periodic announcements of important Ovation news. Examples of the types of information that might be included in these email broadcasts include:

  • Product Notifications or Advisories of Issues Under Investigation
  • Security Patches or Advisories
  • New Product Releases
  • Fieldbus Device Updates
  • New or Updated Ovation/WDPF User Manuals
  • White Papers Relevant to Control Technology
  • New Training Courses and Training Opportunities
  • Ovation Users' Group Conferences and Activities

We intend to limit the frequency of these announcements to approximately once per month.

Please note that your profile information WILL NOT be shared with other businesses or companies, but will be held privately and exclusively to this site.

If you do not wish to receive these periodic announcements, please check "no" to the subscribe option. You may change your subscription status at any time via the "My Profile" button on the Ovation Users web site.

   

Subscribing to Alerts

Some points of clarification for consideration:

  • These alert emails are separate from the normal monthly eNewsletters. Separate alerts will be sent whenever a cyber security concern warrants a special communication.
  • There is no set or anticipated frequency for these alerts. Theoretically, we could experience a period of numerous months without a single alert. Conversely, circumstances could exist where numerous alerts are issued in a single month.
  • Choosing to "Subscribe" to the normal monthly eNewsletter does not automatically subscribe you to the security alerts. These are two distinct/separate email distributions. However, all alerts will be summarized in the monthly eNewsletter if you do not wish to subscribe to the alerts .
